Event Guide

MEDICAL CARE

MSXC is prepared in the event of an accident. We will have Certified Medical Personnel on standby at every event. In the event of an incident please notify MSXC staff ASAP.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Although alcohol is not encouraged for the safety of our MSXC family. In the event you choose to do so please drink responsibly. If for any reason you are acting in an irresponsible manner or are a danger to yourself or others, then MSXC staff reserves the right to remove you from the property and contact local authorities.

VENDORS & CONCESSIONS

MSXC will provide a food vendor at each round. Merchandise vendors will also be available at each event. All vendors will be open on Saturday and Sunday Only. Please bring cash to purchase items in the event that cell service is limited and card readers are unavailable.

FAN CONDUCT

MSXC expects our family to be respectful to all fans, racers and staff. There will be zero tolerance for (but not limited to) fighting, bullying, profanity and offensive signs.

FAN/PIT RIDING

Fans are not permitted to operate pit vehicles, including but not limited to motorcycles, scooters, mopeds, ATV’s, SxS’s or golf carts.

RACERS & CREW/PIT RIDING

Racers and crews will be permitted to pit ride to and from the starting line ONLY. Anyone operating a motor vehicle must be a licensed driver except for racers entering and leaving their designated race.

NO EXCEPTIONS!

SPECIAL NEEDS ACCESS

At MSXC we allow our fans with special needs to operate a motorized vehicle in the pit area only. Driver must have a valid driver’s license. Under no circumstances should the vehicle enter the woods or marked course.

LOST & FOUND

Lost and found articles should be submitted to Registration. All items will be held for 30 days. Item will be returned to claimant once an accurate description of item is given.

PARKING

Parking is free at all MSXC events. Do not park on or near the marked course or any roadways. Please do not block any traffic lanes in the pits.

CAMPING

Camping is permitted at all MSXC events at no additional charge. Please note that no properties will have access to electrical or water hookups. Please be considerate of fellow neighbors as well as property owners. Quiet time will be enforced from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.

PETS

We welcome you to bring your pet(s) to our events. But please be responsible for your pet. All pets must be leashed at all times, and you are responsible for any and all removal of your pets’ waste. Unruly, obnoxious or violent animals are not welcome and will be required to be removed.

SECURITY

MSXC staff will be on site to assist you if you require assistance. Please notify the nearest event staff and the appropriate person and/or authority will be sent to your location.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

MSXC takes the safety of our fans, racers and staff seriously. Prohibited items may be confiscated, returned to owner’s vehicle, or discarded, as determined in the sole discretion of MSXC Staff. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to local authorities. No item(s) may be left at the front gate.

A list of prohibited items includes, but is not limited to;

Fireworks
Drones
Glass containers of any type
Illegal Substances
Laser Pointers
Projectiles of any type
Weapons: Guns, Knives, Mace, Handcuffs, Nightsticks, Blackjacks or other items.
Any item MSXC Staff deems a safety hazard to fans or racers.

MSXC RADIO

Fans can tune their FM radio to listen to the broadcast of MSXC Radio. You can listen to race commentary, interviews, highlights and important event details and information. The FM station will be posted at Registration.

RE-ENTRY

Fans may exit and re-enter the venue. You will need to show your wristband for re-entry.
